BN oil issues

I was out plowing with my BN today and noticed I have a leak around the front main seal. It isnt' a big one, I did all my work and didn't have to add any oil. I'm guessing it lost a couple spoon fulls over the 2 hours of work. So my first question is how hard is it to replace the seal? I've seen a few posts on replacing them on Cs, but not B/BNs. Is just a matter of pulling the cover and the crank pully?

Next question, since I saw the leak I keep an eye on my oil pressure (not that the two would really be related, but you know when one thing goes wrong...) and noticed that it's on the low side. The tractor runs like a top, doesn't burn any oil etc so I hate to have to open it up and start replacing bearing. The other thing that caught me as odd is that the gauge is half full of oil, so I wonder if it isn't just the gauge.

What do you guys think?

BTW, some one wanted pictures of BN-187 plow all hooked up. I'll get the digital camera out tomorrow and post a few. I have to admit that plowing is pretty enjoyable (we are tiller people for the most part).
