How rare is this?

Stopped in to see my buddy at lunch time and he was playing with his new tractor, a farmall 450 diesel. Now I know a super mta diesel is sorta rare, but how about a 450 diesel? Anybody know how many were made? This one leaks here and there, but seems all original except for an alternator, and the tin is almost perfect. One of the 450 emblems is gone and one of the big farmall emblems is broken, but the diesel and TA emblems are there. It also has a wide front end. I congratulated him on his find. I should bring the camera next time I go there.
