Thanks to all who answered my post. I think I am on to the solution. I looked into the gas tank and saw lots of rust in the bottom. I will try to remove it and clean it out to see if this is the final solution, I am sure it can't hurt and may be the solution to the problem once and for all. Thanks guys I surely do appreciate the help and suggestions!
