I have seen a lot of new folks as well as myself come to this Forum;post,and be completely ignored by you regulars here.Whether intentional or not it does not reflect well for the reputation of this Forum.If I have ever posted something that offended anyone here the least you could have done is give me heck for it.I am man enough to not only admit when I am wrong but to come forth with a apology as well.That part of my make up stood me well with both subordinates and peers throughout my 23 year Naval career.Maybe you folks should think about what someone has to offer when coming to this Forum instead of slamming the door in their faces.
