Holy scotchtape Batman, what a mess!! Hey Bob M, You gave me some great advice on changing my cam gear on my Super M a little while back. I changed it without pulling the front end off. (Wide and heavy). I used the same oil seal on cover. Doesn't leak a drop. Very lucky this time. I tacked the gear on with a spot weld and crossed my fingers. It runs great so far, not noisy.
