farmall (a) proper head tourque

my ih reprint manual says head tourque should be 65 ft lbs, someone on this forum had mentioned on a previous post that ih raised this tourque to a higher number on a later print manual, anyone have them leak at 65 lbs, does anyone know what the revised tourque spec is ? any help greatly appreciated. thanks, jonathan mirgon
