standard forward speeds are 2 1/4 2 3/4 3 1/4 and 3 3/4 The optional road gear was abot 6 mph. Some F-20s had an aftermarket highspeed gearbox installed ahead of the transmission.
The two levers are for the throttle and spark advance. The thottle was not a true variable speed and many have been updated leaving the old leaver with no useful purpose. Also if the mag has been changed the spark advance might not be hooked to anything either
