282Diesel Water Leak

I took the injector out of number one, and as i was removing the second bolt that holds it in water began to come out of the bolt hole. How serious is this and what could it lead to. A couple of days ago while disking the tractor missed real bad and began to knock. I shut it down, looked around, and couldnt see anything. Started it back up, and the knock had gone. I went to the barn, and checked the valves, and there was one too tight. I still can hear what sound like a knock, but i am not sure. Used it pulling a 4 bottom plow today with no trouble. I am just worrying about nothing, or should I expect a rod to fly out?
