Farmall 140 price

My neighbor has a 140 he would like to sell. He is the second owner. It runs great, all gears are good, hydraulics strong, very little play in steering, tires 80%. The tin is near perfect, but the paint is faded. I believe it is a 1968 model. He says that the original owner used it a couple of times per year to disc a 2 acre plot. It appears to be unmolested and solid. There are no implements for sale with it. What would this tractor be worth in your area. I think he will want in the neighborhood of $4k for it. Too much?
