Lance - Does your Super C have a voltage regulator (4 terminals, mounted away from the generator) or a cutout relay (2 terminals and attached to the generator)? Also does the light switch have 3 or 4 positions? Presuming you've got a voltage regulator and 3 position light switch, problem's gotta be either a bad regulator or the system is wired up wrong. However if it's got a cutout and 4 position switch, problem could also be a bad switch or bad ground at the electrical box.
