The problem is that a piece of felt... I don't know where it came from, looks like an o-ring..jammed the starter? The bottom line is that the flywheel teeth look as if they have had the edge of the teeth worn down. I suspect it is because of the starter. This felt looks like a felt ring. I wondered if it were put in when it was rebuilt? I didn't think it should have been there, but it is.
