I sort of figured he would have to take the bolter off I have never found one on IH that I didn't. But thought maybe someone had a trick that could teach an old dog like me something. Thats what I like about this board, one can always learn something new :o) BTW I use an engine host to take off my bolosters pretty safe that way, I also block the %$%$%* out of the trans an now I have two angle irons that are drilled to match the bolts holes on the side of the casting. one can never be to safe around this stuff :o)
