I use Case/IH parts.I used an aftermarket engine kit on a 130 that was very bad mistake. The piston ring sets came with 2 different oil control rings. In other words i had 2 of one style and two of another.Got the correct ones no problem. The liners were the wrong diameter i later learned. after i got it back together. This being my first c123 engine i thought the o-ring at the bottom would swell up?I should have asked for opinions on that subject.Anyways, as soon as the cooling system built up pressure it dumped all the coolant into the crankcase.I later learned that others have had lots of trouble with these kits for c113, c123 engines. This is just a good example and a costly example of what u could get into. For the record i got the kit from NAPA auto parts.I will never use another aftermarket engine kit for this reason.
