Darald, If you're quite sure the leak is from the piston-sleeve area, I would be inclined to pull the motor down. My experience suggests that the majority of times this is a result of electrolosis, chemically eating away of the sleeve, or cavitation, vibration bashing a hole in the sleeve over a long period of time. Just to fix one sleeve would be cheaper but in the long run the others might end up out to lunch too. It shouldn't happen if the correct amount of water conditioner has been used in the engine. If you can, just check to make sure it's not a failed welch plug or leaking head gasket first. Hope this helps. Regards, Redfan.
