If it puts oil in the radiator the problem is more than likely the oil cooler on an IH. If water is getting in the oil then the problem is holes in the sleeves or bad o-ring. Replace all the sleeves while you have the head off. I have sucessfully replaces only the sleeves if the pistons are in good condition. There won't be much difference in the life expectancy of the first sleeve that goes bad and the second one. My $.02
