I would guess they are worth a little money. I have a set of skeleton steal on my H. Some of the lugs are wore down and chipped off. Maybe it was a lucky find, but I found some lugs (casted 2 lugs together for the skeletons) at a swap meat. Enough for one entire wheel. I bought them for 2 bucks a peice. So now I have some extra lugs for my wheel's if I happen to break one. The rust isn't really a big deal, because they can be sand blasted. Even with broken or missing lugs, you should be able to get atleast a couple hundred out of them if the wheel is useable enough to be put back on a tractor. Look around and see if you can find some front steel for an H. They would be worth some money too. If you are to never use them again, I would sell them. I wouldn't just leave a couple hundred dollars just laying in the dump. Might as well sell them for what you can get.
