Thanks Tom H For the info. I was betting with myself that the Bent one was wrong by the welding.

I think what happened is that the Rh arm broke and caused the twist in the LH. They then found a arm with the bend and cobbled it on.

You are right there should be enough tilt on the hitch to line up but thats another problem I have to fix. Apparently they broke the bushing/spacer on the eccentric arm and when they welded it they somehow welded it tight to the pivot pin.

Talk about Horse ---- fixes, oh well thats the risk you take buying this stuff, I wish I could hear the story on how both problems occured.
