I have a 6 foot landpride on my super c and I just stick with grass. It will mow some pretty tall stuff but the thicker it is the slower you will have to go. You will be able to tell by the engine load. Like the other poster said don't use it for too big brush or anything. I do use mine for field work but I keep it mowed as often as possible and don't let things get out of hand. They are very good tractors and you will probably be pretty impressed.
