If you go to webers tractor works and click on pistons and sleeves in the picture of a fire crater kit you will see the plate for the distributor was included. With increased compresion you need less timing so the amount of advance in your mag will probably be to much. While at webers site look up tune up spec's and see what total timing is recomended.
