Mark: On the front end of wish bone, you remove the shaft going from wish bone to your hydraulic rockshaft. Under the platform for your feet there is a stub shaft which is the same size as the shaft you remove. You pin the wish bone up to that stub shaft under the platform. For mounting your mower at the back you remove two of the three bolts for hitch. You probably should get bolts a bit longer so they go through mower support and hitch mount and have enough thread in final drive. The lift for your mower is steel flat bar about 1/2" thick 1-1/2" wide 14" long shaped similar to a boomarang. One end has two holes that match up to holes on hydraulic rockshaft with a cutout notch for the spring between the holes. That goes on so the other end of the boomarang shape bar points downward, and to the back. On the end pointing downward there should be a 1/2" hole. A chain is used from there down to mower lift. That 1.5" square stub with rod you are suggesting, goes in the right side of cultivator mount actually goes in from the left side of cultivator mount. The rod about 3.5' long hooks to a hole on front of mower frame. READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY!!!!
