Wemt through the same thing, nearly,as your going through.First thing Iwould do is get it warmed up with the rad cap off and make sure water is flowing good. You didnt say but is it accually spewing out or is it just getting real hot.Could be a defective thermostat or if you lucky the gauge is bad.NEw things can go bad.Another thing is when you say you bored it,did you accually bore it or just go with a bigger piston and sleeve. If you bored it you may have go too far with it and ruined the block. My problem was a big glob of solder, which i think may have come from the new rad I installed, had almost completely block the metal part of the lower radiatior hose and i just missed it.I accualy had to pull out my little torch and melt the solder out.
