To continue what Scottie said, once you remove the big nut the steering rod comes out the front. Next remove the front axel and tie rods and there is a large nut holding the steering arm. Pull the steerig arm (usually requires a torch to heat it up first) and then remove the six cap screws holding the steering box halfs together. Once you get it apart replace all bearings, bushings and seals and reassemble. Time consuming but not hard. Good luck.
