Jake - There's two places for the regulator on the SH depending on when the tractor was built. Early ones (to S/N 19,233) mount it on a heavy stampted steel bracket located on the right side beneath the gas tank and near the starter. (Punch below for photo....)

Later SH's mount the regulator on the steering wheel pedestal in front of the ammeter box.
