Carburetor Id

Hello All, Can anyone help me ID what Type and Model Carburetor I have on my 1953 Farmall Super C? Well it’s actually in my hand now and the tractor is in the pea patch connected to the plow. On the bowl are the words CARTER UT and the number 652. But on the upper half of the body on the side of the flange is the number (0-653). I need to rebuild this one or buy new. Do I have enough information to order a rebuild kit? Also on a personal note, I only got about two hundred feet plowed before my beloved C died. But I made lots of new friends, Birds. I guess they wondered why I stopped just when the worms were getting good. Thanks in advance, Rusty Jordan, Howell, New Jersey
