On further looking in detail, the 1934 Fairway 12 was designated a McCormick Deering, and said McCormick Deering on the radiator front. The 1935 Fairway 12 had changed to International on the radiator and in the catalog. 1935 must have been the year IHC started the practice of calling all of it's farm type standard tractors McCormick Deering and all of it's industrial tractors International. All row crop tractors had already started being called Farmall with the introduction of the Farmall Regular. Harold H
