On my F-20 (almost the same) the dowel pin hole must be drilled oversized and a new dowel pin installed. Don't know why, but I am just going to pound the old one back in. To remove my flywheel, I ran some all-thread into the holes in the flywheel and drilled a 2x4 to fit over the all-thread and straddle the bell housing. I ran nuts down to pull on the flywheel and it came right off. Your's should be similar. Hope it works. Let me know. JG
