Hydraulics have lost some power, WHY?

I have a IH 460 Utility with a Westendorf loader. I noticed the other day that I can no longer use the loader to lift the front wheels off the ground like it used to do. Is there something I need to look at to gain my pressure back? The loader seems to lift OK and I do have some down pressure, just not as much as I used to have. Any help with be appreciated. THANKS
