I have an MD with these brakes. They are not very common and most people don't even know they exist. I saw an M sell at auction a couple years ago that had those disk brakes and the guy who bought it told me the only reason he did was that it had those brakes on it. It was original rough condition, but ran good. I recall it brought $1400 or $1500 or so, so the premium is not much if anything. Also, the tractor had an old trip bucket loader on it. Bottom line is, they are something different, but not worth much additional.
