Check p.t.o. spool for correct travel.
Check flow from oil cooler return.
Check for blocked restrictor in brake keep full pipe.
If all ok pressurise brake units with hand pump to about 300 p.s.i. pressure drop indicates failed brake unit seals-if o.k. then air ingress through master cylinders or balance valve.
