C Cutting Out

Just wanted to get some opinions on my C. It runs great until it starts to work at full throttle. It start to cut out and I back off on the gas and it runs fine. Take it back up and it acts up again. Therefore, it seems I must have some dirt in the carb. I recently went over the whole electrical system and I cannot believe all those new parts would have something wrong.

If any of you seen my post on the charging system on my M would not work after changing the 4-position switch, I ran a ground wire from the switch and the cut-out relay base directly to the battery. Worked great.
