C Farmall with 9.5x24 tires

I looked at this C today that is for sale by a 92 year old gentleman. He said he got it from a person who needed the money several years back. It has 9.5x24 tires and fenders that sure look like the kind that would be on a B or A. Is it possible that this is the way it came from the factory?? I would doubt it, but wondered what you guys thought.
