HOWDEE, I'M NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE 682 CUB CADET, BUT I HAVE 4 OTHER MODELS OF CUB CADETS AND I USE HY-TRAN IN ALL OF THEM. THIS IS THE FLUID RECOMMENDED FOR THEM.
IF THE TRANNY IS A HYDROSTATIC CHANGE THE FILTER AND THE FLUID.I WOULDNT SUBSISTUTE ANY OTHER FLUID FOR HY-TRAN. AS FAR AS THE COST,HYTRAN IS ABOUT THE SAME PRICE AS A GOOD GRADE OF HYDRAULIC FLUID AND BETTER FOR YOUR TRACTOR. DONT SUBSISTUTE HY-TRAN FOR ANY OTHER FLUID IN YOUR
CUB. JUST MY 2 CENTS WORTH
