The tank to hood relationship never changed right to end of 140 production in 1979. One minor item, 100, 130 and 140 didn't have crease along side of hood. Fast hitch was never standard equipment on any IH tractor. On SA, 100, 130 and 140 swinging drawbar was not even standard equipment. Many of them were sold without either.
