In regards to your bucket, I believe that if you go to a hydraulic seal house you may be able to get rubber (or teflon, buna whatever) seals to replace the leather type. I plan on doing the same. Also, check the cylinders for cracks, mine were left out side and water got in, that winter they cracked all the way up. By the way, if anyone knows of a cheap source for these I'd love to know. I know you can get new cylinders but it's about 400.00 for set.
