The easist way would be to change the fluid and replace only those seals that are bad. You may be lucky and the seals are still in good shape. If the fluid levels have been maintained then you shouldn't have much of a problem. The downside to this approach is the oil drips. A piece of cardboard or plywood would solve that until you can replace any seals.
