I highly doubt new tranny lube can result in new leaks!! Been my experience that seals that suddenly began leaking after a lube refill were seals that were already bad. They had let the old lube fill leak out gradually until the level was so low nothing more could leak out. Only when the tranny was refilled to normal level would they manifest themselves as "new" leakers.

Recommend you go ahead and drain/refill the tranny. If you find leaking seals, only replace if/when required.
