You might try some kind of penetrating oil. If you can get a clear shot at it with hammer you might rap the head of the bolt. Careful. You may end up mushrooming the head of the bolt so that you can't get a wrench on it. I good quality box end wrench or socket may help from rounding off the corners of the head. Heat would help. Use caution in that oil and gas are flamable along with the insulation on the battery cable. If you have help you may have somebody on the wrench as you rap it with the hammer.
