Considering purchase of IH 354...opinions?

I have been looking for a small tractor to use for general maintenance on my 10 acre homesite. Mowing, driveway maintenance, post hole digging, etc. Have found a 354 close to me, and would like to get some opinions on this tractor. Is it easy to get parts for? Does it have live PTO? The owner says it has a two stage clutch, and you can raise and lower the lift without the tractor being in gear. Not sure what that means. Also, was 3pt. standard on this tractor. Finally, the grill is missing, any chance of finding one of these? Asking 3K with 5 ft. mower Thanks for the help,
