Have a 3pt plow on my 200, with no tail wheel. I'm planning on putting a much longer landside share on the rear, and have also put a guage wheel on the landside of the plow, which helps with depth control. You may want to make similar additions. Wheel is the rear hub off a Plymouth Sundance (or similar) with a compact spare, mounted dish side towards the plow.
