Are you sure it's electrical? Did it run fine before you parked it? After it kills will it start right back up? After sitting all winter, the first thing I would look in to is the fuel system. Drain the old gas, clean sediment bowl and screen, fill with fresh gas and see what happens. If no improvement, the carb might be gummed up.
