If ypou cut them down yor cutting yor own thrught also, as they still wont be true H wheels, and that will depreciate the value of the tractor and the wheels. The wheels wont be worth 1/2 what there worth as steel wheels. Call717 543 5136. See what he has. He dosent advertize parts for tractors, but I bet if he dont have them, he knows who has. If you need any impliment part, he might very well have it. Good luck
