I just replaced my old seal with the new type also. I was told that if you want to, you can stack the seals 3 deep, however, one of the new neoprene seals will do the job just as well as the old one as the old ones were leather. If you do stack them, it is wise to press the first one to depth, then the next one, and then the next one of you go whole hog. Trying to press one seal with another seal will only crush the seal you are using as a pusher. The bottom line is that you can use as many as 3 seals, but 1 will do just fine.
