3 point raises when it feels like it

I've got an International 504 that I purchased recently, and at first the three point worked great. I put the back blade on it to make some modifications to the yard, and the more I used it, the slower it started coming up. Then, I had to wait about a minute for it to come up. I checked to make sure the hy-tran was up, and it was right where it's supposed to be. Possibly a spool valve hanging up in there? It does this on and off. Some days it will work fine, some days it does it after working it some, some days it won't raise up to get it out of the shed. I'm patiently awaiting manuals, but thought someone with some experience could steer me in the right direction. Not sure where to start. Thanks for any and all thoughts,
