Tom - I have a similar problem with an AC D10 I have. I have been unsuccessful locating an aftermarket one which would be most beneficial. For my repairs here is what I am planning to do based on comments received from ytmag contributors. Remove manifold Chip hole back to good metal Clean up area real good Heat Manifold to approx. 800f (BBQ grill) Clamp it to my work bench Weld it up by running small bead around hole Let weld cool and run another stringer bead around hole. Let cool, continue to weld and cool until hole eliminate. Clean up welds and reinstall manifold Rod is ferral nickle 3/32"
