350 Utility hydraulic troubles...

The engine pulls when all the levers are in the nuetral position. If I run the 3-point up and down the engine doesn't pull.

Also, it won't hold an implement up, it gradually drops. And the hydraulic lines get so hot you can't touch them, the old oil on the line actually started smoking.

Any ideas what's wrong? Something isn't allowing oil to bypass in one of the valves - are these valves complicated to take apart and fix?
