yeah but what you are missing is that everyone still is gonna see that place as home and will treat it as such instead of seeing it as your buddys place/its something many familys have had to workout and your buddy did no one a favor by letting his brother continue acting as it were still shared property(building the barn ,doing things when hes not there)I wish your buddy goodluck and offer you a piece of advice and that is dont get in it let them work it out
