Are they flat spokes or round spokes? If they are flat spokes, cut away. If they are round spokes, heck fire no, don't cut them!!!! I have also heard about the different axle sizes between an F-12 and an H so definately be sure to check that out first. The flat spoke steel wheels were often cut down years ago in blacksmith shops and had welded rubber tire rims put on.Very common to see those. Round spokers were for rubber tires right from the start and are getting very hard to find in good shape.
