My son bought a 50 M with M&W kit It had set for years We got it running When he changed oil it ran out the frount seal as fast as poured in I installed a ware band on the crank While doing it I noticed the frount main bareing seemed to have small flakes around it When I pulled it the bareing was bad We checked all the other mains & rods they look like new The crank looked great so I just pit a new bareing in My son was plowing with it & the frount main cap blew out through the oil pan! I've had 4 people tell me they have had that happen & just put a new bareing & different main cap in One guy even pulls his M I think I should pull it down & line bore it What do you guy's think Thank you for replying Larry
