Ricky, I had a similar problem on my 1066. Take the top link bracket off. There's a lever coming up from the torsion tube that should be in front of (toward the front of the tractor)another lever coming down from the rock-shaft housing. My lever from the bottom had gotten loose where it clamps to the torsion tube and let the lever from the top slip past it. Check and see if this is the problem. If it is, you can reach in with a piece of 1/4" rod with a "hook" bent on the end and pull back on the top lever, and the lift will go down. BE CAREFUL! Make sure the lift arms don't mash you when they fall! Hope this helps, Mitch
