Thanks folks, Put new gauge in and at idle will run 180, took tractor and ran it hard up some steep hills and it hit 210-220. If you superimpose the original temp face over new one it is running in the run range. I just wanted to hear it from folks who might have tried the same thing, thank you. When the radiator is full it will purge the tank down to about 1/2 to 1 inch above the core every time. Is this normal, or should I look at having radiator rodded?
